Marco's Valussi is a passionate distiller, researcher and educator with over 20 year’s experience in our plant world. Marco started his career in forestry, studied with Gabriel Mojay and completed his education in herbal medicine in the UK. Later he returned to the region of Verona to pursue his love for plants in his home country of Italy.
In this week’s podcast, Marco and I discuss his work with developing counties and what it means to the economy of these counties when they can farm their own plants and sell them directly to us the customer. We explore his challenging but rewarding distillation journey, from farming the mountain land in Italy, manipulating distillation techniques to provide the best quality plant product possible. Marco’s commitment to the best quality plant products is so clearly his passion.
